- Incident reports: request the narrative from the agency that wrote it. Contact the Nebraska State Patrol for a trooper-authored report rather than the court clerk.
- Sealing and set-aside filings: use the Nebraska Judicial Branch packet and file in the court that handled the case. Hayes County does not publish the filing fee or processing time.
