This is a private reference site with no government connection. It does not hold official criminal records and cannot retrieve a file, conduct an official criminal-history check, or submit paperwork for a user.

Its function is to identify the actual custodians, including the Hayes County Sheriff, Hayes County Court, Hayes District Court, the Nebraska State Patrol Criminal Identification Division, and the Nebraska Sex Offender Registry, while also presenting optional third-party research tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

• Use any content for an employment, housing, lending, insurance, or other FCRA-regulated decision
• Harass, threaten, or stalk another person with information found here
• Violate a local, Nebraska, or federal law through your use of the site

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination
